OUR STORY
Founded in 2018, Acroterion Labs is an interdisciplinary design practice that aims at user oriented experiential design and space planning.
Acroterion has a very simple and literal meaning, ‘the epitome of design’. It is derived from a Greek word akrōtḗrion meaning Epitome or the Apex and is used to describe the figurines on Greek Architecture, which is the highest form of decoration and design.
VISION & PHILOSOPHY
We alter the perception of spatial experience that has been created in the past few decades.
Over the years there has been a push from traditional ways of building to more modernist and deconstructive designs due to the ever-changing construction materials, technologies, industrial eras etc.
Although now, there has been a paradigm shift in how a user experiences a space, shift towards a sustainable approach of lifestyle and not just design. A sense of civic responsibility that makes you take precautions and prepares you for the evolving world.
With this perspective, our aim and approach towards design is derived from sustainable strategies and modern construction technology.
Keeping in mind the growing demands of the users we strive to achieve the perfect balance between nature, the end user and the developer.
The various aspects of design and functionality, human psychology and the realisation of the necessary drift has grown our intrigue in the Commercial and Hospitality sector to emphasise on the attention to detail with a user centric and impactful design approach.
